Alton Towers!

I know this isn't the standard shot of Alton Towers you'd expect but I didn't have my camera with me and didn't exactly feel safe taking a picture on my phone while hurtling off on the Rita ride at 100kpm.

This was from when Rachel and I were trekking to the other side of the Park because the Skyride wasn't working (it's a long walk, by the way) and this little pond was just so pretty.

Thankfully I slept most of the bus journey there and back again but being awake for pretty much two days meant that getting stuck in an hour-long traffic jam and arriving home after midnight made everyone desperate to get back to their beds. It was such a good day though and Oblivion, Air, Rita and Nemesis were the most awesome rides I've ever been on.
