Meringue
After a period of many failures I seem to have got my meringue mojo back. I think the transition to an electric blender led to either laziness, haste or over-whipping for a while and they were always flat. Exceptionally pleased to be able to make proper linen, coloured crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle meringues again.
