Preventative Action?

A busy and very productive day in Newcastle today!

I got home just before 7pm and felt very tired and sore-throaty again (I was feeling a wee bit under the weather on Sunday night/Monday) so I had a glass of Vitamin C and a couple of zinc tablets to, hopefully, prevent any lurgey taking hold.....
