Eager Beaver

I have just come back from having spent three hours in a midge infested swamp trying to get a picture of Argyll's beavers. "Ach sure you will see them, they are so predictable" says our guide! Well they were anything but! If you stood still for more than three seconds you literally had your life's blood sooked oot from you by these evil minute beasties.
I saw ducks, dead flies, some sort of frog, tadpoles, I even met a foreign lady who took folks on big cat tours in Africa or wherever, but even she didnt see sight nor hair or whisker of the bloody beavers!
The only photae I got was of a boat!
Ach well ..next time!
