Pioneer Cemetary

This cemetery in my home town, was started by the McFarland Family in 1863, upon the death of their teenage daughter, Amanda. There are 40 friends and family members buried here including 4 members of the local Kalapuya Indian tribe.

The McFarlands were among the founders of our town and came west by wagon train, in the 1850s
