Paraffin Budgie
A different type of "Bird" today. Paraffin Budgie is what the Rig Workers affectionately called the Crew Change Helicopters. This is a Sikorsky S-61N of the Irish Search & Rescue operating out of Sligo. They paid us a visit today to carry out an exercise on our deck.
This is my Last Blip from the ship for a while, tomorrow I head home to Aberdeen. I have a 3 hour drive to Belfast flight to Manchester then flight to Aberdeen. I should get home around 8 o'clock tomorrow night.
I hope I have not bored the tits of to many people with endless blips of Fulmars/Gannets & various other birds.
