Vegan Carrot Cake

Today is my flatmates birthday so I had a go at making some vegan carrot cake. Oh, it turned out nicely. I found the recipe on the vegan society website. I will certainly be making it again. The mess in the background is from making pizza dough and because a second round of kneading will be happening soon, I decided to just leave the flour as it is - everywhere!
