Salcey Forest

We only discovered Salcey Forest last year. Its stopped raining/snowing/hail and even the wind dropped so we headed off here for the afternoon. The children had an extra day off today (another Baker day), and they don't have their proper 'Easter Holiday until the end of next week (we're moving to 6 terms here).

The afternoon was only marred by the sight of an abandoned dog being taken away to the vets to see if it might have been microchipped. I couldn't work in any animal rescue facility - I'd take them all home with me.
