To Greener Pastures???

Today ' the girls' decided we needed to get out of town, so we went to Oxford, which is about an hours drive north west of Christchurch.
It is a little farming village, but has some really nice shops, and eateries, plus an Art Gallery. We had a wonderful afternoon, and I believe that while we were out there we missed some more significant after shocks.
Parked on the main street was this sheep truck full of lambs.
Were they off to the slaughter house, or were they going to greener pastures for more fattening? As a younger person I did not give it a second thought - it was just the food chain - but I have become softer with age re animals anyway!!
Who said that they all look the same ? Sheep are all different like us.
