Stormy Sky

I've been wondering since last fall how to get an interesting memento of the major renovation to this apartment building without venturing into the construction site. Today was the day. A streak of sun through the clouds highlighted the protective sheeting against the darkening sky.

Originally named Tower Gardens it was built in the 1950's. At ten stories tall it was Regina's first high rise apartment building. It was bought a few years ago by the Regina Lutheran Care society and is being renovated to provide affordable housing for seniors.
