after the storm

Tis the season for Dramatic Thunderstorms in Beijing, and this was no exception- it started at about 5.30 (just as I got home, phew) and ended somewhere around 2am. This was a brief glimpse of evening sun after the first bout.

I did manage a lightning photo, but it was over-exposed and blurry (bother with a tripod? For a long exposure? Me? No!).
