Red (I think) damselfly

I went to see if there were any bees on my honeysuckle and found this chap (worth a look in large, I think).

A fairly routine Tuesday so far and hopefully that will be the case for the remainder of it too. Great to have the sun back again :o).

PS - Does anyone know if this is an orchid or something else?
