i didnt realise that the new coins together made the shield of the £1 coin.

I took Tom to the airport this morning for his flight back to philadelphia where he works, was sad to see him go after 2 weeks but he is happy and having a good life so what could be better.

Just got back from having a swim at the gym, see if it gives me more energy.
