picture perfect...

yup... knew as soon as i snapped this one.

isn't it funny? yesterday, i struggled for hours on end to make a picture work with those cute little baby birdies... hours, i tell you... boo!

but today i go out - visit with my ducks and geese - chatting away 'cuz we'd not seen each other in some days - and then this guy quacks a quick warning to me before taking off at my feet. just like that... i have a wonderful side view of him lifting over the water. clickity-click... no problems today. he's in perfect form for me...
