Day six: more Kyiv. The rain continued, and we aborted plans for a picnic by the river, and instead moved our gathering indoors and caught up with lots of Ukrainian friends. Many games of Articulate and 'abstract nouns' charades followed. They laughed about the royal wedding mug we'd brought, and insisted that it was really them, not Kate, in the picture.
