Pot roast meatloaf

Had a lovely relaxing day today thumbing through a Jamie Oliver cook book and plumped in the end to make this pot roast meatloaf. Full of herbs and spices it worked a treat and with a couple of glasses of wine started the evening off nicely. Now about to tuck into cheesecake and watch a dvd. :-)
