I have come to the conclusion the anti histamine cetirizine despite it's low blood-brain crossover does in fact make me drowsy

I took one this morning due to the effects of hayfever and just felt below par all day despite 3 cups of coffee

Tomorrow I have an exam... 50 years old and still sitting exams what is going on, I should be retired by now!
