Poppy Field (on the Blagdon Estate)

I have visited this location many times in the hope that I would get a nice blip.

Today I got what I was after, for a change it's not HDR, although I did try to tonemap the image but I couldn't get it to look right.

I'm in between night shifts, tonight being the last one, woo hoo !! Lot's of stuff planned for my four days off.

My thoughts are with the people of Christchurch today after another Earthquake.
