Destruction

This was a first for me, I've iced many cakes, but I've never deiced one. It felt wrong!
Three years ago, almost to the day, we were celebrating C&I's wedding and tucking into their delicious cake. This tier was saved and I'm thrilled to have been asked to decorate it for their new nephews christening.
