Have a look at the muddy redhead on this photo and you might have a clue!

It rained, all day. Had planned a bike ride but instead just messed around with disc brake possibilities and suspension...

Wrote lots of sponsorship letters to various companies - I really need some more money towards this Netherlands tournament. Carbon fibre/fibreglass fins start at about £150... :o

Also looked up lots of sleeping bags and micro/macro/prime lenses :) again...

Decided I needed to get out for some training so went for a run through the woods with Jeff. This is how we came back!! Let's just say that Gran (who had come round for Sunday tea) wasn't too impressed!! Felt really good to get out, even if we did get drenched. It was the mud fight army training that really made us muddy...

Good end to an otherwise uneventful day.
