Risotto...

...One of my favourite dinners. It's quick, it's easy and it's adaptable to use up leftovers, and perfect for after work. I'm not working today but I noticed i had to use my chicken tonight. Still, I've had a busy day alternating between painting and helping hubby design a new website.

Has anyone else got their fire on tonight in June?!
