In the face of it all!

What a great day I have had, day off, and it started with laying in bed surfing for some new music.
No rushing up at the break of dawn today.
Once showered and coffee cup in hand, I decide that the gym was a good place to be as the rain had already started! Good workout, lots of sweat and feeling on top of my game I showered again and got on my bike to see the day!
After a good couple of hours peddling around and enjoying the cool rain on my face, my hands told me it was time to have a coffee and a bun, warm up a little.
Once warm and heading home I came across a military band marching in the wind and rain, undaunted by the weather, they marched along the length of the cathederal.
There we all were, wet, wind blown and yet stolidly British about it all.....hoorah!!
Carrying on.........in the face of it all!!
