Tree with bench

We had a good long session up at the allotment; lots of stuff coming up including weeds. The Victorian purple-podded peas are looking great. (Purple mange-tout!) We had so many squash plants there wasn't room to plant them all, but fortunately we were able to pass the surplus on to blipper Stevie Fish who happened to be working on his plot as we passed. (Sorry, Eco Dad!)

I was going to blip the peas, but having seen Acronyphomania's shot of the woolly trees on Leith Links I thought I'd add my own to the collection. They really look rather nice in a strange sort of way.
