Rain and strawberry jam

It is finally raining today, and it is set in. All the vegetables will be thankful, but with the rain quickly followed by tomorrow's sun come bolting veggies, I sense moreand yet more green soup by the truck load from these darlings. Best of all my 1000 litre ibc tank will have more than a teaspoon of rainwater to hold.

It is raining and I am happy and happiness came in the form of strawberry jam, just a little (100g strawbs+100g sugar) which I made after breakfast. It gets eaten so fast that small but frequent batches are imperative throughout the summer.
