Late Night Open Air Supper

Finally, some breathing space.

After a long day of study for an assignment due on Monday, I took a well earned break and cooked up a lovely little stir-fry for myself and Sandra.

Our 1st meal on the terrace and it was lovely, really lovely.

Nearly as lovely as my fetching "Virgin of Guadalupe" apron!!

Damn near had a heart attack when I came back in and all my work had been lost on the computer. A couple of hours spent doing it again.

Then it happened again! I could have killed someone, but somehow, just somehow I managed to retrieve most of the info, so another late in the end.

Still some quality time spent w/Sandra finally, means I didn't mind overall.
