summer toes

Its a wonderful Saturday in Fort Worth.

Worked out this morning with Brighton and Shane. I love having a great gym on site!
Cleaned the apt and went grocery shopping. All before noon. Productive weekends are awesome. :)

B got off work about 2pm and we decided we needed a little blip trip. We headed out to Benbrooke Lake, about 20 mins south of Fort Worth. It was bright and hot, but fun. We hadn't been out there before and I am not sure why we didn't bring our bathing suits, but we packed a day bag like we were going on a trail hike or something. We took our shoes off and waded in a bit and just enjoy being out there.

Cooked a wonderful little dinner: breaded chicken breast and alfredo noodles with garlic bread of course!

Time to relax a bit more and maybe watch a movie.
