Three sleepy bullocks
The middle bullock is actually lying on his side. Look how parched the grass is!
Just walked down to Landcombe Cove and back - very steep hills, and the longest, steepest walk that I've done for over 12 weeks. No ill-effects so far, fingers crossed.
Was tempted to post a seascape again as the sea is an incredibly deep blue today, but the bullocks won the day.
This is my first blip on my new camera (bought on my Plymouth shopping trip, the other day). It's basically an upgrade of my old camera, which developed an irreparable fault, which in turn meant I had to trim off one corner to avoid weird bubbles that flawed every picture.
This camera is going to take some getting used to. It has no viewfinder - you just look at the image on the screen - which, um, means I was getting my reading glasses out at every end and turn. Hmm. Also, the pictures eat 10x more memory and take 10x longer to download, I just discovered. May need to investigate how to change the resolution - or keep far fewer images on my laptop, or the memory will fill up in no time.
Hrrmph! What a long way we've come from the little Brownie 127 that I had when I was eleven.
Sorry there's no poem today - can't think of anything to rhyme with bullocks!
