Sleepover-tastic

Ella's wee pal Rosie is having a sleepover tonight - in fact, three quarters of the Newmachar Reids are here for a sleepover tonight. Ash and I are away to have something delish for tea and then watching a movie once the kids are all down. We're hoping for a less eventful night than last night - whereby a crazy party kept us all up until 3 am and taught Hannah some choice and unusual vocabulary that she probably won't ever need to repeat to anyone - especially her father. That, coupled with the nocturnal nonsense that is trying to share a bed with a nearly five year old meant that little sleep was had in the Michie Hoose.

However, the gauntlet has been thrown down. Any wild partying tonight will be met with the joint wrath of the MichieReids - we mean to sleep and anyone disturbing this will not live to see the dawn...
