Okapia johnstoni
Back to the zoo tonight for Zoo Lates with L and C.
This beautiful creature is an Okapi, a relative of the giraffe and native to the Congo. Apparently, Okapi can clean their ears using their spectacularly long tongues, which they also use to strip the leaves from branches in a similar way to their giraffe cousins.
