The Lonesome Rose

Friday was a non blip day, no captures, no sudden flights of fancy, no time for reflections. Today was a full shift within the concrete walls. However there is always a rare beauty waiting to illuminate the grey with colour.

As I stepped off the bus ... there she bloomed ... the lonesome rose of today.
