Friday Challenge - Food

Don't work Fridays but up at usual time. D out to work and A off to school and me off to the optitian for an eye test. Been 2 years since my last one and knew my prescription had changed due to the increasing need for longer arms to allow me to read the small print!

So lens prescription changed and need new specs too but will return to choose them another day with D as don't trust myself to pic a pair on my own. I would end up looking like Dame Edna or with the most expensive pair in the shop (I'm a sales person's dream!)

Then did a little clothes shopping for my holiday. 2 tops and a pair of linen trousers. Resisted the urge to buy a handbag since I could set up a stall with the ones I have!

Home for lunch - a boring sandwich...but look at the lovely treat I had for afters! A cupcake for my cakehole!

It was lush!

So, some tidying up before A gets in from school, dinner to prepare then off out to my best pal's house this evening to have a blether, watch a dvd, nibble some nibbles and enjoy a glass of chilled wine (or two) :))
