There is nothing that is more likely to send me into Victor Meldrew mode than poor standards on public notices.

You know the kind of thing: adverts in the paper for events that either don't tell you where or don't tell you when. Improper use of apostrophe's. Poor spelling.

You can imagine my reaction at seeing this display on my way to the office this morning!
