Square

Frame of an attempt to shoot some timelapse in St. Andrew's Square at lunchtime. It didn't turn out very well. But I did enjoy 45 minutes sat on the grass reading 'Just My Type' which was very enjoyable.

Spent most of the evening getting to grips with Particle playground in After Effects. As I'm on the verge of paying the £90 a month which gets me CS5.5 Production Premium as a subscription rather than the £2700 it costs to buy I thought I'd better see how worth it is when you don't have several thousand pounds' worth of hooky plug-ins. Slightly more time consuming to make good particles work the way you want compared to Trapcode's Particular but it can still produce some good results.
