Sony a900

Whether it's flickr, blipfoto or almost every photography-related site and magazine out there, we live in a Canon and Nikon-dominated world. I think there are only one or two members on all of blipfoto.com with the same camera model as me. I hope you can show the Alpha-mount system a little love. This is my main body with my favorite lens, the Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar 16-35 F2.8. With full frame coverage, this lens gives a great wide angle for landscapes and low-to-the-ground shots. Its only drawback is weight. It comes in at 869 grams, and combined with the heavy a900, can be a challenge without a tripod.
