Back to work today after a much needed week off. I love the holiday time I get here in the UK. Sure beats the hell out of the 2 weeks a year I got in the States (and even that's if you're fortunate).

On my walk to the gym I questioned why I should be going indoors to work out when I should be grabbing my bike for a much needed street ride. So after a quick 20 minute gym-a-thon I rushed home to grab my FBM.

I had a hell of a good ride with the new Friendly Fires album on the headphones and my freecoaster on the bike.

Started to head home at about half nine and saw some absolutely stunning light hitting all the buildings heading up towards the castle. It was pure orange light hitting everything. A lucky few managed to be there to capture it on camera.

I managed to grab this shot just looking over Dean Bridge after sprinting into my flat to grab the camera.

If any of you are confused as to what a freecoaster is, or what kind of riding I do, here's a good example, albeit I'm nowhere near as good as this.
