Snails Eye View Of The World

Today hubby has been replacing the fence that was blown down by the wind a couple of weeks ago. The forecast said dry but he has been dodging the showers and the midgies all morning.

I went out to supervise see how he was doing. I noticed this little snail crawling on the broken bits of fence. I took lots of shots of the body and of the shell. Just as I was about to go back inside I noticed his (snails must be male) beady little eye watching me.

Not the most attractive shot and not sure if I am happy with it. What I did like is that it is different.
