A departure from the hint of 'Carry On' humour contained in yesterday's blip and we're more into the realm of a mute Photoshop laugh.

Of course photographic humour is nothing new with examples ranging back to the 1850s. Photographic deception is a related field and very much came into it's own at the turn of the 19th century in Hollywood. Nowadays, instead perhaps of taking advantage of the topography of a Los Angeles hillside street vis a vis The Terror Trail (1921), the directors almost always resort to CGI. Have we lost something along the way?
