Food Technology

Coursework is never Hannah's strongest point. There's a million things she'd rather be doing than sat at the table. Or even doing her food tech homework. At last I got her to knock together some trifles for her GCSE work but you wouldn't believe the bill at the supermarket for the ingredients. Only Hannah could insist on 40% proof Cointreau spirit as one of the main ingredients! Happy Trifle she calls it!!
