Kathryn was in town for a last minute visit (she heads back to the east coast tomorrow) and dinner our at one of our favorites places in Fort Worth: Spiral Diner!

After a tasty meal we, Brian, Kathryn and I, walked over to the Chat Room for a beer and a bit of socializing with the fun folks who were about to part take on wednesday night fitness ride. Hopefully, next week, B & I will be there again not for beers, but for riding! It was a decent turnout despite the heat.
