Well, what a relief!
Having spent most of my placement working with the children themselves, the concept of spending an entire session speaking with a parent was a little daunting! However, the home visit to feedback to parents went well and I received positive feedback from my supervisor which is always encouraging.
And as for the case study? Not bad! Not only did it begin with provisions of cake on behalf of my supervisor and mugs of tea (team meeting standard) but I got through it without any major stumbles and the OTs were stuck looking for questions to ask. Again the feedback seemed positive so that was a huge relief!
It really feels quite weird finishing placement now!
Final report tomorrow, then I truly can relax :]
2 days to go*.
