I'm back home after the fabulous conference. My brain is buzzing with so many great ideas. People have wanted to see the fruits of my recent labours so here is the scarf I knitted from my handspun silk along with what was supposed to be a butter knife. I had never whittled before and couldn't figure out how to round the ends so mine is more like a steak knife. Despite the torrential rain, sitting in the woods with like minded people under the shelter if a tarpaulin working with wood and making fire was just superb. Back to real work tomorrow, hope my brain can handle it!
