She sells sea shells...

This is the conch shell I brought my mumma back from Belize.. I know you're not supposed to and they get really angry at Customs if they know you're taking one home but they're preeetty!

Went shopping and got some lovely new clothes this morning. I don't know why they call it retail 'therapy' though.. there is nothing therapeutic about shopping whatsoever.

Genuinely relaxed during my yoga class this evening though. I mean, I'm not flexible in the slightest but it was very calming learning how to breathe through one nostril... a skill I'm sure I'll need at a later date.
