Bulletproof Nail Varnish

I was flicking through one of those crappy magazines you get free & saw this advertised.

Unless you are Wonder Woman (Cornish Blonde you may want to consider this) why would you want bullet proof nail varnish.

What would you be doing in your life to think "this is good" and also it's not the end of the world if your nail varnish chips.

I'm also wondering if you painted it onto something would that make it bullet proof??
