Late evening light

We have been under the weather for a few days, so I haven't been taking pictures.

Whilst watching Springwatch tonight, I thought it would be worth recording the setting sun's light shining on and through the plants on the window-sill behind the tv. I have reverted to the delightful 50mm lens, and cropped quite hard. I love these colours and particularly the purple on the top of the leaf of this Oxalis triangularis, the purple shamrock, and its delightful, if somewhat transitory flowers.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to comment much recently. I need to focus on other areas of life for a while.
