Golf this morning...then I gave a pint of blood in the afternoon. ( I now have an empty arm! )

Ros had taken Chloe to Kendal in the morning...so Chloe was glad of an early evening walk on the beach.

Lots of sunshine and showers today! Hence the big sky?
