Spring Time

Some flowers near the shortcut I take to and from campus. This shot reminds me of a medium-format photo from years ago that is one of my all-time favorites.

There are newly bloomed dark purple, yellow, and white flowers as well as these light purple ones along the path. More are growing... I'm excited to see them in bloom soon. They are all in random bunches... no pattern, color, or type-of-flower coordination. It's almost as if they don't belong there at all. Maybe that's why I like them so much.
