Rainy Day

An early start to my day, awake before 5am. Tidied the spare room as have a friend staying tonight as Mike is in barrow Mon - Thu.

Went to Devizes as not doing well recently and need support, I was able to speak with Peggi {group leader} and now have some idea's on possible ways to try and cope, ie writing down my feelings and moods. On the way home I had to go to Trowbridge to collect the display stands as I'm helping on a stand in Melksham for Mind tomorrow.

I stopped just outside of Devizes to get this picture, I took some in colour and some b&w but prefer this one
