Day 2 - on the ferry

A fairly short drive - 120 miles or so - to Plymouth and a two-hour wait on the quayside to embark the ferry to Santander.

This feels more like a cruise ship - very spacious, with a cafe, two restaurants, bars, and even a (small) swimming pool! Sea has a slight swell which the ship just cuts straight through, so no need for the sick bags. Phew.

I couldn't get any good shots of the ferry since I was on it :) so here is a blip of our cute wee cabin (before the upper bunk was made to magically descend fron the ceiling).

It's good to be back on blip - and thanks everybody for all the nice recent comments :)
