Recession

One of the outtakes for the Guardian Camera Club's Recession assignment. One thing I noticed when taking this series of shots is this: when a building is no longer occupied, it becomes invisible. I was shocked to see how much retail space is empty on Washington Street. Often I can't even remember what was there before.
