WWWalk....

What a day. J to doctor's he put his back out shifting a unit yesterday, so he's off work, K went on her 3 day trip with the school with her sprained ankle. Ended up having to get a day off work to help J.

Took my parents for their shopping. Then wee R was feeling lonely cause her sister's away so took her out for her tea. I'm exhausted. Its 8.30pm I'm in my bed!!

In other news lost only 1lb this week. Better than nothing I suppose. Took this on my walk to WW.
